In the late 1930’s and early 1940’s Bensalem High School was a powerhouse for girls’ sports. Their basketball, softball and field hockey teams all won several championship titles under the direction of Coach Helen M. Smith.

Everyone knows that fall is a season of changes and that could not be more true for Philadelphia sports teams. This fall, our four major sports teams are experiencing coaching changes in the same season. You may be asking yourself, “Has this ever happened before?” The answer is no, not in Philadelphia, but the last time it happened was in 2005 in Detroit. Here’s what went down:

Ingredients: 1 egg ½ cup Panko Breadcrumbs ½ cup finely shredded cheddar cheese 1 (3 oz) package cooked real bacon bits 1 (14 oz) package uncooked chicken tenders (not breaded) Ranch dressing (for serving)
Step 1: Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Line a large cookie sheet with aluminum foil. Spray the lined cookie sheet with cooking spray.
